Terry Drew Huffman, 81, of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, passed away on February 1, 2025. Born on August 1, 1943, in Dallas, Texas, to parents, Drew and Etta Huffman.

In 1964, Terry and Ellen Hunkapillar were united in marriage, marking the beginning of a journey that would span six decades.

A long-time member of Broken Bow First Assembly of God Church, Terry's faith was a cornerstone of his existence. He ministered for many years, sharing his faith with an open heart and open arms.

Early on Terry was involved in the family business, Huffman Wood Preserving & Lumber Co., taking pride in the family business and the strong relationships he built within the local community. He earned his Bachelors & Masters degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.  He went to law school for a period of time at OU until he returned to work in the family business. He was also a principal, teacher and football coach for a period of time. He lived out the remainder of his life sharing his faith in Christ ministering and serving people in need. He was an outdoorsman and cherished spending time with his family. He loved to laugh and joke often and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Drew & Etta Huffman; brother, Don Huffman, and his beloved grandson, Matthew Braden Huffman.

Terry is survived by his loving wife, Ellen of the home; children, Todd Huffman, Scott Huffman, Dana Hallum and James, Brad Huffman all of Broken Bow, Eric Huffman and Charity of Durant, OK; brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Jane Huffman of Broken Bow; sister, Gail Allen of Washington State; thirteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services are set for 2:00 P.M., Thursday, February 6, 2025 at Victory Life Church of Broken Bow with Pastor Lee Armstrong officiating. Interment to follow at Hochatown Cemetery, Hochatown, OK.
