Manuel known to his friends as Manny and most of the family as Puffa. Manny was a very thoughtful, helpful and loving son, brother, dad, uncle, husband, nephew, cousin, grandson, coworker and friend.

The early years Manny and his family traveled and lived in various locations for his mother Vedis (also known as Vee) career. They lived in Arizona, Alaska, Kansas, California, and Minnesota. He spoke fondly of his visits to Oklahoma with his brother, Walter in the summers that he spent with cousins and his beloved grandmother, Siney Noah. Manuel served our country in the United States Army till 1988. He then moved to Southern California to start his over 30-year career with Southern California Edison. Where he was a machinist mechanic. He married and started his family during this period of time.

After having his sons Noah and Mason. He volunteered in all areas of their activities. Cub scouts, baseball scorekeeper, football, soccer coach and referee, working snack shack duties the list goes on and on. He loved helping his sons with school projects as well as teaching them how to ride their bikes among other various activities. others. He was famous in La Habra California for his BBQ.  If you never had his famous BBQ you missed out. Volunteering and helping others as well as his family was a large part of Manny’s life, a trait I know he acquired from his Mother Vee.
