Wahleah “Nanny” Davidson, age 64, passed away on Sunday, August 4, 2024, in Oklahoma City, OK. She was born on September 28, 1959, the daughter of Carl and Hildred Hallford.

Wahleah enjoyed making traditional Choctaw dresses, spending time in the garden, she loved family gatherings, and had a special love for her family and friends. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her, including her dog, T.T.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Hildred Hallford; son Charles Leslie Davidson, Jr; brother, Monty Allen Hallford.

Wahleah is survived by daughter, Tonya Samuel of Idabel, OK; granddaughter, Caidence “TuTu” Deen of Idabel, OK; sister, Natasha Johnson of Washington; brother, Carl Hallford of Ardmore, OK; sister-in-law, Angela Hicks-Kennedy of Broken Bow, OK; nieces and nephew, Tawana Adams, Roberta Crutchfield, Evelyn Watson, Tara Hallford, Monty Hallford, and Elijah Hallford all of Broken Bow, OK; special great-grandma, Elise Hicks; special neighbor, Jose Serrano, along with many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at The Celebration of Life visitation from 10:00 am to 11:00am on Friday, August 9, 2024, at Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home Chapel.

A meal will be provided for the family following the Memorial Service at Broken Bow Choctaw Community Center.
