Willard Frazier Obituary

Willard Dene Frazier, age 60, of Broken Bow, entered into heavenly rest, December 1, 2020, in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Willard was born on September 6, 1960, to Joe Frazier and Ruth (Stick) Frazier, in Talihina, Oklahoma.

He married Sandra McKinney, in Broken Bow, OK, on June 12, 1982, they enjoyed 38 years together before his passing.

Willard enjoyed hunting and fishing, but most of all spending time with family. His children and grandchildren were the light of his life. He loved family gatherings around a campfire with the McKinney’s and making trips to Ada to spend time with the Frazier’s, playing game after game of UNO.

He was a fan of the OSU Cowboys, Washington Redskins and Chicago Cubs, but he loved watching the grandbabies play sports and attended all of their extra activities. He enjoyed taking them “Turkey Hunting,” when all they did was ride around in the woods and eat snacks. Christmas Tree Hunting was a tradition he started with his children and carries it on the grandbabies. He was the official “taste tester” whenever Keith and Micah grilled or when Reannon made cakes or cookies.

Willard enjoyed playing dominoes, UNO, cornhole, and even played “Bean-Boozled” with the grandbabies, even though he claimed they gave him bad jellybeans.

He had a nickname for everyone, and you probably know what it is.

Although our hearts are broken and we miss him so much, He would always say “It’s the way it was written down,” and “Listen to the Big Man upstairs.”

Willard was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, Leonard Frazier, Nick Frazier, and Derry Frazier; nieces, Layla Frazier Goodpasture, and Jesse Frazier.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra Frazier, of the home; daughter, Reannon Billy and husband, Thomas, of Broken Bow; sons, Keith Frazier and special friend, Robbin, of Broken Bow; Micah Frazier and wife, Andrea, of Broken Bow; brothers, Joe Frazier and wife, Jackie, of Chandler, AZ, Belvin Frazier and wife, Cynthia, of Muskogee, OK, Sherman Frazier, of Ada, OK, and Robert Frazier, of Ada, OK; sisters, Wanda Martin and husband, David, of Summerville, SC, Sherry Nail and husband, Quanah, of Ada, OK, and Neva Bond, of Ada, OK; grandchildren, Brooklyn Frazier, Christian Frazier, Benjamin Frazier, and Toree Billy; as well as, many other family and friends.
