William Clint Young, Sr., completed his earthly journey on January 15, 2025, at the age of 80. Born on January 19, 1944, in Pleasant Hill, Oklahoma to parents, James William and Geneva (Hildreth) Young.

William was a man whose life was defined by the love he had for his family and the simple pleasures he found in nature.

William's life was one of commitment and service, not only to his family but also to his community. His career in the logging business spanned several decades, during which he became a respected figure known for his hard work. Upon retirement, he found joy in the tranquility of the outdoors, often seen fishing, hunting, and tending to his backyard chickens and guineas, a testament to his enduring love for the land.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Geneva Young; daughter, Andrea Young and grandson, Tyler Rowan.

He leaves behind his beloved wife, Rhonda Young, of the home; devoted father to his children, Sonya and Tim Lawler, Teresa and Mark Rowan, Michelle and Jeremy Burcham, all of Broken Bow, and Clint Young of Eagletown; his sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Butch Harrison of Pleasant Hill;  William's joy was multiplied through his grandchildren, Brandon and Kim Lawler, DeAndra Lawler and Matt, Ashley and Justin Adams, Ricky Lawler, Amber Rowan, Chance and Tashona Burcham, Trace Burcham and Dillon, Gage Young, Paisley Young, Cannon Jenkins and Cassie, Bailey and Colten Richards; twenty-two great-grandchildren; special friends, Don and Donna Bradley; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a multitude of friends.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m., Friday, January 17, 2025 at Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral Services are set for 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 18, 2025 at First Baptist Church, Broken Bow, OK with Bro. Melvin Gibson officiating. Internment to follow at Eagletown Cemetery, Eagletown, OK.
