William Harry Mitchell II, 61, of Broken Bow passed away on March 11, 2024 of a heart attack. He was born October 06, 1962 in Paris, TX, the son of William Harry Mitchell and Harvey Janise (Wood) Mitchell.

William was a lifetime resident of Broken Bow. He was an avid outdoorsman. His hobbies included hunting, fishing, and cooking, especially making his own hot sauces and jelly.  He enjoyed time spent teaching his grandsons about life and all it has to offer. William worked hard his entire life. He was a compassionate, caring person and enjoyed helping others.

He is preceded in death by his father, William Harry Mitchell and brother, Ledger Alan Mitchell.

William leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Kim Mitchell of the home; mother, Janise Mitchell Ross of Broken Bow; children, Aaron Alan Mitchell and wife, Rachel Mitchell of OKC, OK, Jade Sierra Mitchell and partner, Alec Van Fossen of Blevins, AR; sisters, Elizabeth Renee Newman of Hochatown, OK, Janene Mitchell and husband, Steve Barton of Portland, OR; grandchildren, Gabriel Aaron Mitchell, Carter Luke Mitchell, Asher Ryan Van Fossen; a host of other family and friends.

The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m., at Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home.

Funeral Services are set for 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 22, 2024 at Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home Chapel. Internment to follow at Hochatown Cemetery, Hochatown, OK.
