Willie Mae Hearing

Willie Mae Hearing, 93, previous resident of Broken Bow and Redland OK, left this earth to be with her Heavenly Father October 19,2020 at Wadley Hospital Texarkana, TX. She had recently moved to Texarkana to be with her niece when her health started to decline.

Willie Mae was born April 1,1927 to Willie and Ora Fulfer Bokoma, OK. She loved to travel, and her last adventure was this past summer, she took a trip to the beach in Florida. The smile on her face was priceless as she was being pushed around in her wheelchair. Mae also loved cooking for her big family and helping raise many of her nieces and nephews.

Mae was preceded in death by her only child Frankie Joe Fulfer in 2019; her husband Roy Hearing of Broken Bow, and two brothers, Jim Fulfer of Redland,OK, and Earnest Fulfer of Tom, OK, six sisters, Annie McDaniel of Bokoma, OK , Ruby Thurman of Broken Bow,OK, Jane Spillman of Denison,TX, and Dale Fulfer and Dortha Fulfer of Redland,OK, Nancy Wilkerson of Redland,OK; Eight nephews, Billy Thurman  and wife Jana of Broken Bow, Victor Fulfer and wife Tina, of Foreman,AR , William McDaniel of Redland,OK, Johnny Fulfer and wife ,Viola, of Haworth, OK, Roger Fulfer and wife, Jan, of Broken Bow, OK , Gene Leslie and wife, Bonnie, of Temple, TX;  Henry Spillman of Texas, Raymond Spillman and wife, Brenda, of Denison,TX; nine nieces; JoAnn Wages of Broken Bow,OK ; Karen Ashley and spouse, Greg of Texarkana, TX, Tammie Wells of Dallas, TX ; Peggy Jones and spouse Wayne of Blue,OK ; Betty Slaten of Foreman, AR; Sarrah Barber and spouse, James, of Tom, OK, Connie Moreland and spouse, Eric, of Foreman, AR; Mary Mahan of Gardendale, TX, and Barbara Spillman of Broken Bow, OK.

Each niece and nephew will remember her for her loving and caring ways. She was their second mom to them all. She was a petite thing, but do not doubt for a second that underneath all that petiteness how much of a spitfire this little lady was.

Visitation will be October 22,2020 from 6-8 p.m. at Bunch Singleton Funeral Home.

Services will be Friday October 23,2020 at 2:00p.m. at Bunch Singleton Funeral Home.

 Rev. Jimmy Jeter will be officiating. Interment will follow at Bokoma Cemetery Bokoma Community.
